As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and scale an AI Operations platform supporting Sky and NBCUniversal. You will focus on alert ingestion, correlation, and intelligent automation using full-stack development, machine learning, and Generative AI (GenAI).

What you'll do

• Develop & Test: Full-stack engineering in Golang / Python across services, APIs, and AWS automated testing frameworks.
• Lead AI Ops: Drive the strategic implementation of AI-enabled solutions for alert ingestion, correlation, and operational workflows.
• Technical Oversight: Mentor teams through code reviews and resolve critical bottlenecks in distributed software/hardware interfaces.
• Architecture & Documentation: Maintain design specs, sequence diagrams, and troubleshooting runbooks for the entire application lifecycle.
• Collaborate: Partner with product owners and QA to deliver and support large-scale streaming and content delivery systems.

What you'll bring

• Programming & Infrastructure: Proves working proficiency in Golang or Python, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Cloud & Data: Hands-on experience with AWS, MongoDB, and Postgres (modeling and query optimization).
• AI & Automation: Expertise in algorithms, AI, and low-code/no-code platforms applied to software automation.
• Systems Engineering: Strong knowledge of REST APIs, APM tools, and building scaled automated testing ecosystems.
• Technical Leadership: Proven ability to design architecture artifacts and introduce innovative engineering techniques.

We build systems that help engineering and operations teams detect issues earlier, respond faster, and continuously improve platform resilience and operational outcomes.
