Job Summary
The role of an Account Manager to is to be the strategic partner to EB360 clients with a thorough understanding of their objectives and needs, including identifying how and where EB360 products & services can be of value.
The Account Manager serving the needs of large, global organisations will typically be an "Enterprise Account Manager" with the experience of managing larger and more complex clients with a well-established compliance program and team.
What will you do
- You will responsible for optimising client value to EB360, including the range and commercial terms of services purchased and sold.
- You will maximise the commercial value of a client; retention and renewal are primary obligations of the role and therefore you shall be responsible for sensibly and appropriately balancing out the needs of the client with the commercial opportunity it represents.
- Attend all business review meetings (monthly/quarterly) and provide clients with relevant usage and consumption statistics (with the CSMs support).
- Engage with client POCs; be responsible for securing case studies and references; and supporting user groups.
- Provide account plans and organisational mapping.
- Provide a high-touch service model - high touch/engagement with focus on growing/cross-sells/maintaining revenue/renewals by:
- Ensuring consistent portfolio awareness
- Awareness of new functionality, diligence spend, diligence bundles, new products, APIs, SSO, additional instances to other operating companies, global expansion, M&A projects, managed services, added use cases (MSQ and ESG)
- Risk of custom SLAs in contract
Who you are
- Ideally 3+ years in B2B enterprise software solutions (SaaS) account management.
- Possess proven record in managing major accounts, Fortune 1000 C-Suite clients.
- Have superior analytical skills and a firm grasp on client needs.
- Successful year-over-year record in upsell/cross sell account growth.
- Experience in building relationships and trust across major account POCs
- Proven history of attaining quota.
- Excellent written, verbal presentation and organisational skills in English, ability to interface with business and information technology.
- A successful history of forecasting accuracy
- Aptitude for understanding how technology can improve business processes.
- Extremely curious and able to draw connections between disparate ideas.
- Collaborator, working closely with the client success managers and solution delivery team.
- Innovative, initiative-taker, enjoys thinking of new ways to get the job done.
- Be a holder of valid documents with permission to work in the United Kingdom
What else do you need to know
This role sits within the EMEA Sales team, reporting directly to the EMEA Commercial director. The role will work alongside the CSM teams.
