LONDON

Our London office is located within WeWork, Spitalfields, a unique coworking space in the heart of East London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working and networking, this is home to a broad range of teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal and People teams. We have on-site cafe, rooftop terrace/bar, weekly wellness and cultural events, as well as fully stocked kitchens within the building.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will be the creative and content maestro driving our multi-channel campaigns. You will play a crucial role in creating and capturing demand within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through strategic and innovative marketing efforts. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will manage our HubSpot platform, develop compelling content, and execute campaigns that resonate with our customers and target audience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that deliver against our ambition growth targets.
  • Content Creation: Create, distribute and remix engaging content to educate the market about the benefits of adopting Turtl,with a mix of channels and tactics
  • HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot for campaign management, lead nurturing, and marketing automation to optimize our demand generation efforts.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Map out the customer journey to create a coherent sequence of touchpoints that reflect the buying preferences of our customers.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize our demand gen budget to drive pipeline and revenue effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with brand and product marketing, Sales and the wider business teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and improve future efforts.
  • Lead: lead a small team, protect and promote team wellbeing and drive sustainable high performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in demand generation and multi-channel campaign execution, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • HubSpot Proficiency: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with HubSpot for marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Content Expertise: Exceptional content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to produce compelling and engaging materials.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement and generate demand.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-backed decisions.
  • Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to achieve common goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
  • Customer Focused: Genuine passion for understanding and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Innovative: Creative mindset with a penchant for thinking outside the box and driving unique, impactful marketing initiatives.
