How you'll make a difference
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract (or secondment) basis to help drive the delivery of our data transformation.
Working within the Purpose Portfolio, you'll play a key role in moving to a new strategic data platform, partnering with suppliers and stakeholders to turn insight into value. You'll also drive updates to credit risk models, data frameworks, and regulatory submissions.
You'll bring strong delivery leadership experience in data-enabled environments. While not a data specialist, you'll be confident discussing data topics and translating technical change into clear business outcomes. You'll scope, sequence and reprioritise work, run effective forums, and influence stakeholders up to ExCo level.
You'll lead teams and initiatives using best-fit delivery approaches, manage risks proactively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, building capability, pace and trust while delivering outcomes at speed.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager, with a strong grasp of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
- Experience delivering in complex data transformation programmes, across agile and waterfall ways of working.
- A proactive, influential approach to stakeholder management, bringing people with you on the journey.
- Ability to work independently and at pace, staying calm and adaptable as priorities shift.
- Strong capability in scoping, sequencing, and reprioritising change in response to new information or resource constraints.
- Experience leading, developing and motivating technical teams.
