The Senior Data Quality & Governance Analyst plays a vital role in the establishment, execution, and enforcement of data governance policies within CtM. The successful candidate will ensure the integrity, availability, and protection of data, aligning with both internal standards and external regulations. Through expert management of data governance tools, stakeholder engagement, and robust data analysis, this role supports CtM's strategic objectives by enhancing data quality.

Some of the great things you'll be doing:
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive data analysis for key projects (SQL), providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Monitor data governance procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. Develop and manage data catalogues to improve data discoverability and usability.
• Data Mapping: Develop architecture diagrams that accurately represent CtM's data landscape, including data sources, storage solutions, data flows, and integrations. This will involve understanding and documenting both current and desired future state architectures.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various teams to identify and address data governance needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business objectives.
• Project Coordination: Lead and contribute as an SME to projects related to data governance, working within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Best Practices and Recommendations: Serve as an SME on data governance, advocating for best practices and providing recommendations to optimise data-related activities and projects

What we'd like to see from you:
• Moderate knowledge of SQL and experience with data governance tools (e.g., data catalogues, data quality management software)
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements i.e. GDPR.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a proven track record of conducting data analysis and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, demonstrating creativity and initiative in solving complex problems.
• Capable of adapting to change and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Quick learner with a focus on continuous improvement.
