The Senior Data Management Practice Analyst is responsible for ensuring all projects & proposed changes have clearly defined Data Management requirements covering Data Privacy & Protection, Data Quality & Data Risks. They are responsible for chairing the weekly Data Design Authority forum for approving Governance Passport stamps & ensure effective management of the agenda. They should contribute to discussions, advise on existing standard process that projects should adopt & where necessary suggest how best to comply with both regulatory & business policy. Additionally, the role is expected to contribute to the continuous development of CtM Data Management Framework & ensure its adoption across the business.

Some of the great things you'll do:
• Represent the Data Management team in allocated project meetings, providing updates on progress of Data Management workstreams, highlighting status of tasks & any blockers that affect delivery dates.
• Collate evidence/success measures of delivered requirements via the Data Management Assessment (DMA) in JIRA.
• Carry out supporting tasks as needed to ensure delivery of Data Management workstreams.
• Recommend to the Data Risk team any Risks or Issues that are agreed with the project stakeholders.
• Keep the Data Management Assessment aligned with current processes, policies, and standards by updating them as needed. Achieve 100% compliance with updated policies.
• Manage the Governance Passport data stamps and sign-off process, ensuring 100% issuance of applicable stamps.
• Ensure effective management of the agenda and Data Design Authority schedule with all preparations completed for the weekly forum.

What we'd like to see from you:
• Good understanding of GDPR & DPA 2018.
• Experience of using project management delivery tools JIRA & Confluence.
• Experience in using OneTrust but not essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledgeable in project management practices with exposure to agile methodology an advantage
