Key Responsibilities

• ETL Process Design and Development: Design and develop ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Data Requirement Collaboration: Collaborate with our business team to understand their data requirements and build efficient data pipelines to support their work.
• Scalable Data Models: Develop and maintain scalable data models and schemas that enable efficient querying and analysis of large datasets.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and accuracy through automated testing and monitoring.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on designing and developing ETL processes.
• ETL Tools: Strong experience with one or more ETL tools (e.g., Fivetran, Informatica PowerCenter, or AWS Glue).
• SQL Expertise: Expertise in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Cloud-Based Data Warehousing: Experience with cloud-based data warehousing (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake).
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive results.
