Job Description:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead the development of reporting and analytics for core operations teams, including Fraud and Financial Support. You will build scalable MI infrastructure, consolidate multiple data sources into a unified reporting layer, and provide critical insights to leadership to drive operational performance and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

What you will do:
- Design and maintain robust DBT models and SQL pipelines to transform raw data into a single source of truth for operational metrics.
- Build and manage executive-level dashboards tracking KPIs across service performance, fraud trends, and regulatory compliance.
- Proactively consolidate disparate datasets to resolve inconsistencies and ensure the integrity of the operational reporting layer.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in SQL-heavy analytics roles with proven expertise in building data models and reporting infrastructure.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience using DBT for data transformation and version control.
- Previous experience mentoring or managing other analysts and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
