Are you a seasoned security professional ready to lead the charge in protecting critical information assets? Join our Cyber Security Operations team as a Senior Security Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping and securing our technology estate.
What You'll Do

• Lead the development and optimisation of key security technologies across our estate.
• Act as a senior technical SME, supporting the delivery of security projects into BAU operations.
• Collaborate with architects and tech teams to ensure optimal configuration and performance.
• Drive value from security tools including SIEM, DLP, firewalls, CTI, and vulnerability scanners.
• Deliver insightful KPI/KRI reporting and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage third-party suppliers and a small team of engineers to deliver results.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in a senior security engineering role within a large, complex environment.
• Deep technical expertise across a broad range of security technologies.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure, with the ability to inspire confidence at all levels.
• Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent, plus relevant technical certifications.
