As a Senior Customer Support Coordinator responsible for our German-speaking market in Switzerland, you will focus on delivering high level support to our worker and client base.
Your Responsibilities
- Part of our London-based team working on the Swiss-German market
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Trouble shoot and resolve customer issues ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist in team coaching and development, sharing best practices and helping new team members learn.
- Management of customer engagement tool.
- Collection of customer feedback on our platform to support further development by the Product and Marketing teams.
Your Capabilities and Skills
- Native level German, spoken and written.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience (ideally in a technology led business).
- Proactive and dedicated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer orientated, friendly and helpful person.
- Excellent organisation skills with a solution-orientated way of working.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
- Be a team player and thrive working in a global, remote team.
- Comfortable working in a fast- passed team setting.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint. Experience of Intercom a plus.
Work conditions
- The position is based in our London office (near Old Street Station) in a hybrid set-up (around two workings days / week in our office)
- Most of the shifts are planned during core business hours, Monday to Friday. The work will contain a couple of weekend shifts (around 1 or 2 weekend days / month), but we have some flexibility to adapt our schedule to your availability
