Senior Customer Services Administrator

The Senior Customer Services Administrator will be part of our Customer Service Department. The range of Duties includes liaising with customers, customs brokers, other departments within Solina Coatings (Sales team, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance etc.) and providing KPI's for the business. You will be expected to often juggle multiple projects or tasks at once and be prepared to take on something new with only a moment's notice. Experience in Export / Import is not essential, but it will be considered an advantage. You will be asked to own certain processes and ensure that everyone is updated with changes accordingly.
