About the Role

Are you ready to lead our front-of-house team in delivering an unparalleled customer service experience? As our team leader, you'll champion team development, spearhead in-house training on customer service techniques, conduct performance reviews, and ensure seamless management of holidays and absences.

In addition to leading the team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the customer experience journey, from handling complaints to achieving resolutions.
  • Coordinating with our drivers and overseeing the transport diary.
  • Keeping insurance companies and computer systems/portals up to date.
  • Ensuring daily KPI targets are not just met but exceeded.

Essential Requirements
