Euro Car Parts: Retail Counter Sales Assistant/Shop Supervisor - Tunbridge Wells

Upto £28,000 PA plus monthly and quarterly Bonus scheme.

You are responsible for the smooth operation of our retail counter. Duties include serving customers, Application of car parts on our easy to use catalog system and ensuring that the Retail Area is fully stocked and presentable.

Supervisory duties include handling returns, resolving issues or complaints and training members of our warehouse team to be able to support you on the trade counter at busy times.

Full Time Sales Assistant / Department supervisor

• Ability to provide first class customer service
• Experience of resolving Customer Issues & Complaints
• Experience of cash handling
• The willingness to be part of a motivated team & the capability to work alone
• Average of 44 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 6pm and alternate Saturdays between 8am - 4pm
