Join TCFM as a Senior Supervisor - Doncaster (Cleaning)
Overview
TCFM is seeking a dedicated Senior Supervisor to lead an onsite cleaning team at a busy distribution centre in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. This is a permanent role offering £13.60 per hour, working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends), from 08:00 to 16:00.
Your Role
As a Senior Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise a team of multi-service operatives to ensure cleaning and waste duties are delivered on schedule, to specification, and within budget-aiming for high audit performance ("green audits").
- Foster positive relationships with our customers, ensuring their expectations are met while adhering to defined specifications.
- Support the Site Manager by completing audits accurately and on time, resolving any issues as needed.
- Handle all required documentation promptly and precisely, including sign-offs for completed tasks.
- Maintain and ensure availability of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring safe and proper usage.
- Oversee periodical cleans and decontamination as required, ensuring they meet specifications and receive customer sign-off.
- Ensure colleagues are correctly uniformed and represent the TCFM brand professionally.
- Manage shift handovers, including handover logs and confirming colleague attendance.
- Conduct return-to-work interviews and manage first-stage HR and employee relations matters, in line with TCFM policies and with support from HR, always respecting diversity.
- Assist with recruiting multi-service colleagues, respecting TCFM's recruitment standards and protocols.
- Support the Site Manager in ensuring colleagues are paid accurately and on time, following time and pay process requirements.
- Lead inductions and training: ensuring colleagues understand their role, TCFM values, policies, procedures, and health & safety/COSHH guidance.
- Adhere to all TCFM policies and procedures, and attend meetings and training as required.

- Be responsible for your own and your colleagues' health, safety, and welfare, following all relevant regulations.
- Report health & safety incidents or concerns promptly and accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Data Protection requirements.
