Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London
Contract Type: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

About The Role:
ME+EM is looking for a Senior CRM Executive with experience managing sophisticated omnichannel lifecycle programs, in addition to experience supporting the launch of new CRM channels. This is an analytical role in a fast-paced environment, so we're looking for someone who is inquisitive, meticulous and a problem solver. The successful candidate will report to the Head of CRM, working closely with the rest of the marketing team as well as the brand and creative teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage omnichannel customer lifecycle campaigns (reactivation, birthday, anniversary, etc.).
- Oversee and evolve the direct mail program with creative testing strategies.
- Implement new trigger-based campaigns and integrate a new clienteling tool with our CDP.
- Launch and manage SMS as a CRM channel, enhancing customer touchpoints.
- Support the integration of e-receipts to optimize customer engagement.
- Design a best-in-class rewards program using a 'test and learn' approach.
- Collaborate with CRM partners and support the Head of CRM with partner management.
- Analyse channel performance, optimize campaigns, and drive insights through reporting dashboards.
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in fashion/retail.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience managing multiple agency and channel partnerships.
- Proven success in building complex lifecycle programs and running SMS campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with ESPs and CDPs (e.g., Ometria).
- Customer-focused, commercially driven, and eager to innovate.
