Senior CRM Executive

You will be managing the customer database with a specific focus on Brand and Sports CRM activity including contributing to BAU email & Push activity, research, reporting and testing, working with the multichannel, buying and merchandising teams to plan promotional email campaigns promoting key product areas and brand messages. Continued analysis and measurement of email performance and benchmarking against competitors and other leading retailers for best practices. Continuously analyse and report brand and sports performance and recommend improvements and developments.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll be doing the following:
- Deploying and managing email & push campaigns including standard sends/automated sends/trigger sends
- Managing the relationship between our internal brand and sports teams
- Managing the customer database, ensuring we are protecting our deliverability reputation by targeting customers effectively.
- You will understand the customer lifecycle, implement tests, take these learnings and optimise communications across all channels, email and push.
- Defining and implementing segmented and promotional email communication plans including lifecycle programmes and behavioural targeting.
- Implementing measures to reactivate lapsed and dormant customers plus recommending plans for divesting old data.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience of CRM programs is essential
- A university graduate or equivalent marketing qualification is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and a good multi-tasker is essential
- Team player, able to assist and set a good example to the execs on the team
