The opportunity

We're looking for an integrated Senior Creative Team to join our talented creative department at our Global HQ in London. You will work into the Group Creative Director on a number of accounts covering technology, energy and financial services, the largest of which would be Samsung. You will push the creative work on your accounts to win global recognition for its creative excellence.

Curiosity and hunger for innovative thinking is a given. And a natural ability to think across channels/platforms is a must. You'll need to dive into the details of the market whilst maintaining the ability to see - and maximise - truly creative opportunities. At Iris we embrace creativity in all its forms. Collaboration has been key to our success, across all disciplines in the agency from creative teams through user experience, technology, data analysis and beyond. So, being natural born collaborators is a given. You'll also be expected to support and mentor less experienced creatives, passing on both your enthusiasm and experience.

As a Creative Team, you will work closely with the Group CD to maintain creative standards on every account. You won't be averse to rolling up your sleeves or being the catalyst for the creative thinking. You should be ready to build relationships - and trust - with clients.

What we're looking for

  • Creative team with proven track record of truly integrated campaigns, combining multiple channels to create stand-out campaigns
  • Clear demonstration of high craft levels in both copy and art direction
  • Experience in consumer tech would be beneficial
  • A collaborative approach - the ability and desire to work as part of the broader team outside the creative department
  • The ability to help others develop and refine ideas
  • A keen sense for the best and most creative work
  • A natural ability to connect creative ideas to the brief
  • Energetic and dynamic personality
  • The ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in presentation documents
  • A proactive mindset and open-minded, future facing attitude
  • An appetite for success

Hybrid working - We'd be looking for someone who is happy to work in a hybrid basis (Minimum of 3 days per week in the office)
