Role: Senior Creative Producer
Dates: ASAP / latest Jan start for 3-4 month contract
Location: London
Talented People is working on a new, meaty, get-stuck-in Senior Creative Producer role for a startup in the digital space, plugging the gap between TV broadcast and digital publishing. This is a truly innovative company, needing open-minded talent with a positive, can do attitude to add to its very small but already successful team.
KEY COMPANY SKILLS:
- Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with all social media platforms and their various specs (must at least have basic understanding of this)
- Collaborative, positive attitude and solution focused (essential)
- Open to new ways of working not done before
- Awareness of the digital world
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment - keeping a cool head is a non-negotiable
- Able to navigate new production situations with a open mind
Ideally, you'd have worked on projects for Channel 4.0 or with brands like JD Sports, footaslyum or similar who are breaking the mould in the branded/social space.
CREATIVE PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing the strategy and content ideas briefs, working into Co-Founders for creative oversight
- Developing and producing digital shows, working into Co-Dounders for creative oversight
- Pitching for new business through development, creative ideation and pitching directly to potential clients, working directly with the Head of Production on budget and schedule parameters
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills with clients, strategic partners and peers
- Using creativity to find solutions across productions
- Managing client relationships and growing them
- Attending and managing shoots for projects where necessary - on locations across UK (mostly London)
- Working across all creative products to ensure company is industry-leading in its creative and production approach
- Quality control to ensure industry leading standards across delivery
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required by the company
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- experience managing and directing talent essential. Preferable, digital talent akin to beta
- experience producing studio based entertainment formats essential, digital preferable
- used to high volume shoot days
- used to high volume deliverable lists
- attention to detail in asset creation and capture
- understanding of digital platforms and digital games mechanics would be advantageous
