Overview

Within the role of Senior Creative Producer, you will work closely with Creatives, Project Managers and Client Services Teams to ensure that the Agency's creative product is of the highest possible standard. You will ensure that all bought-in goods and services are procured with the correct usage rights/licences within budget and at a competitive price, and that all delivery deadlines are hit. You will work with the wider Langland team to Think Further about new possibilities for our clients and our internal operations.

As a Senior Creative Producer, you are passionate about the creative process and have proven experience working as a Producer or in creative production. Confident in your ability to achieve the best possible creative results, you are highly skilled in keeping projects both on time and within budget ensuring the best possible commercial outcomes for both the Agency and its clients.

A meticulous and methodical approach to all of the administrative/contractual obligations is required to ensure commercial success. Systematic and thorough in the way you work, you understand the importance of accurate and timely communication with both internal and external teams.

*This role is based out of our west London office and we operate a hybrid working policy.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily source, purchase and manage all creative content requirements for the agency, specifically images, photography, CGI, film, motion graphics and voice-overs. This will include, but is not limited to: setup of pre and post production meetings, attending shoots, organising and editing audio recordings, commissioning illustrators, delivering master files and archiving on Langland servers.
  • Work closely with Creatives, Project Managers and the Client Services Teams to provide solutions that ensure creative ideas are delivered to the highest standard, to schedule and budget from concept to final delivery.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of all changes and developments on projects, including time, budget and delivery constraints, at every stage of the process.
  • Maintain a status report on all production projects, updated weekly.
  • Actively seek and identify new content talent and content production partners to ensure they meet or exceed Langland's creative expectations, whilst negotiating the best possible rates.
  • Champion the agency delivery process, mentoring and supporting others. Ensure the appropriate sign-offs are obtained at each stage.
  • Support Project Managers with Scopes of Work to ensure sufficient time is allocated to internal teams.
  • Manage the issuing of Purchase Orders to production partners.
  • Encourage teamwork and good communication and, as a senior team member, assist with the coaching and development of more junior members of staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Producer within integrated advertising agencies or film production
  • In-depth knowledge of print, repro and digital
  • A great creative eye, a passion for working with the best creative partners and delivering exceptional creative work
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills and the ability to control costs against budgets
  • A good knowledge of, and relationships with, current content production partners
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Acrobat
