We have a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Studio team as a Senior Creative Artworker.
You will be a crucial member of the team, joining us in a period of exciting growth, and our focus is on building a team that understands, has a passion for, and delivers exceptional creative craft across all accounts and projects.
Detail-oriented, problem-solving, with strong organisational and time management skills; you'll be responsible for interpreting, implementing, and delivering the creative vision for a wide range of projects including digital, social, print, and motion. Your diverse portfolio will showcase this skillset and experience.
You'll have gained substantial experience within a design/creative agency, with experience of managing or mentoring others.
Alongside the Head of Studio, you will lead and mentor the Studio team to ensure technical excellence and consistency across all projects. You'll also inspire the team to develop innovative and scalable creative solutions.
A dynamic, thorough and enquiring approach will be required as the Senior Creative Artworker, you will be called on to be involved in (and balance the needs of) a wide range of projects and executions, with timelines ranging from the immediate to the longer-term. Fitting in as part of a wider creative team and the ability to collaborate effectively is also a must.
Creative leadership and project management:
- You'll contribute to the development and refinement of Studio processes and standards to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Work closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders to oversee or execute the production of creative assets, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Line management and mentorship:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of our team of artworkers and creative artworkers, to ensure their workload is professionally executed, effectively managed and deadlines and technical specs are met.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and communication, whilst motivating and inspiring our teams to deliver their best work.
Design and Artworking expertise:
- Collaborate with designers to develop visually stunning and innovative creative concepts that are both scalable and technically excellent.
- Create high-quality layouts that are engaging, effective, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Use advanced retouching techniques to enhance and refine creative assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our work remains relevant and competitive.
At TMW Unlimited we offer Hybrid working, which for us is a blend of working remotely and in the London office.
It's all about choosing the best place to be for you, your team, your manager and the business on any given working day. For this role we would love to see you 2-3 times a week.
Requirements
What we'd like to see from you...
- Previous experience in a similar role gained within a design/creative agency, with experience of managing or mentoring others
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of skills across digital including animation, and print.
- Previous experience of animation for social and email using After Effects, you will be able to take a master animation and roll it out to different sizes/formats/variants or make amends.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC: PS, AI, INDD, AE, AC, LR, BR.
- Good working knowledge of Figma and PPT.
- Exceptional skills in creative comping and retouching to create visually stunning compositions that bring design concepts to life
- Passion for crafting visually stunning work and a commitment to quality
- The ability to demonstrate and share your deep understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- A technical understanding that is second-to-none, whatever the channel and output.
