Engage Digital Partners

Engage are a full-service sports marketing agency who, since 2012, have helped ambitious governing bodies, sports teams and sponsors become future fit. Operating in the UK, India, Australia and the US, we offer round the clock delivery to sports brands including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Real Madrid, Godolphin, New Zealand Rugby and Formula 1.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Creative with a passion for sport to join our London team. You'll be responsible for generating bold, innovative ideas that excite sports fans across social, digital, and campaign platforms and helping to bring these ideas to life in client pitches and presentations.

This is a hands-on, idea-driven role where creativity, strategy, and a love of sport come together. The ideal candidate thrives on pitching, enjoys collaborating across teams, and can translate briefs into standout content that resonates with audiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop creative campaigns and content concepts focused on sport for social, digital, and longer-form platforms
  • Collaborate closely with account teams, producers, motion editors, designers, and copywriters to bring ideas from concept to execution
  • Translate briefs into engaging visual and written content that resonates with sports audiences
  • Ensure campaigns are on-trend, innovative, and platform-appropriate
  • Work with client teams to understand their strategic priorities, and how you can develop content to support those goals
  • Direct on location shooting opportunities
  • Stay ahead of cultural, sport, and fan trends, incorporating them into creative thinking
  • Provide creative input during campaign strategy and planning sessions.
  • Review and refine work during production to ensure it aligns with the creative vision.
  • Support the team in ideating, storyboarding, and visualising concepts.
  • Play an active role in client pitches, generating ideas, preparing visual examples, and presenting concepts confidently.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years' experience in a creative role, ideally in sport, entertainment, or agency environments
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating sport-focused campaigns, social content, or digital storytelling
  • Confident client-facing and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, working across a range of internal and client teams
  • Excellent understanding of digital and social trends in sport, and how to translate them creatively
  • Exceptional ideation, storytelling, and visual communication skills
  • Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines - motion, design, copy, production
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative quality and deadlines
  • Proven experience working on pitches and enjoying the process of ideation and presentation
  • Passion for sport and staying ahead of cultural, social, and fan trends.
