About the Role

  • Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
  • Lead client briefings and meetings, to support the development of creative briefs in response; ensure there is a complete understanding of each project's brief, timing plan and dependencies
  • Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating, and seeking approval of any changes to these
  • Produce presentations, proposals, budgeted scopes of work, timing plans, reports, and written client comms to a client-ready standard with minimal input from senior team members
  • Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities.
  • Managing the work, performance and professional development of an Account Executive
  • Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next actions.
  • Working with Finance to ensure jobs are quoted and tracked accurately and invoiced on time

  • Self-motivator and able to think on your feet
  • Enjoy working across multiple marketing projects simultaneously
  • Keen interest in communication, and marketing
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable contributing on calls to clients and participating in meetings
  • Willingness to learn and develop
