The Role
Are you an experienced B2B PR & Comms Account Director looking to work for one of the Midlands leading communication agencies? If so, we'd love to hear from you. - Managing B2B PR Accounts: Acting as the lead for PR and communications for a range of B2B clients within the Trade & Construction Hub
- Writing and Content Creation: Crafting various types of content including blogs, press releases, and thought leadership articles to build brand stories and drive engagement
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing strong, lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and media partners to support client goals and agency growth
- Strategic Development and Commercial Focus: Delivering creative PR campaigns with a clear commercial focus, ensuring that work resonates with audiences and aligns with clients' business objectives
- Team Leadership: Leading and inspiring a team to excel in PR, offering guidance and support to drive high standards and meet or exceed client expectations
What We're Looking For

- PR experience (ideally agency side)
- A hunger to continue to learn with an enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent writing skills including blogs, press releases and thought leadership features
- A creative mindset
- An ability to be the PR lead on a range of B2B clients and build strong and lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and media
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate individuals to exceed client expectations.
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivation and a persuasive manner
- Commercially astute
- Calm and authoritative
- Proven presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience in the built environment / trade & construction industry desirable but not essential
