Overview
IDG is looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal based in the United Kingdom to join our Legal Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for, among other things, overseeing and managing corporate governance matters across EMEA and APAC, supporting board and shareholder meetings, maintaining corporate records, and strengthening governance standards in line with company policies and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of corporate secretarial obligations, strong organizational skills, and experience managing governance matters in a multi-jurisdictional environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee the organization and management of regional corporate records in secure document management systems, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
• Manage statutory filings with local regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with local filing requirements and deadlines.
• Assist with the incorporation, dissolution, or restructuring of entities in the region, coordinating with legal and finance teams.
• Organize and support board and shareholder meetings, including preparation of notices, agendas, meeting packs, and resolutions.
• Prepare, update, and maintain regional entity organizational charts and other structural documents.
Qualifications
University level degree or equivalent, with extensive experience a corporate secretarial, governance, or compliance role, with experience in multi-jurisdictional governance.• Comfortable working as part of a cross functional team.• Strong understanding of corporate secretarial obligations and regulatory compliance within the region.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.• Ability to manage complex projects, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.• Proficiency in corporate governance software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
