Overview
We're looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter with experience in direct response advertising to help us create smart, engaging, acquisition-focused work.
You'll be working on one of the UK's oldest brands, now freshly reimagined with one of the most exciting rebrands in its category.
You'll join a small, tight-knit team, people who care deeply about craft but are equally driven by results.
All within an agency that values human creativity and connection, while also making bold moves in the evolving world of AI-powered creative work.

Responsibilities
- Develop creative ideas and compelling copy for conversion-focused advertising across multiple platforms.
- Create acquisition-led campaigns designed to capture attention and drive action.
- Work closely with project managers, strategists, designers, and artworkers to ensure work stays on brief and on schedule.
- Stay informed on social media trends and broader cultural shifts that could influence creative output.
- Use AI tools as part of your creative workflow to enhance ideation, production, and performance.
- Help shape this workstream into a best-practice example of how AI and automation can support conversion marketing-without sacrificing originality or creativity.
Qualifications
- Experience in direct response advertising across multiple platforms, particularly digital and social media.
- A strong interest in acquisition-focused marketing and how conversion best practice continues to evolve.
- An understanding of full-funnel advertising and the role conversion plays within it.
- A working knowledge of design principles for social and digital formats (safe zones, character counts, platform constraints).
- Familiarity with platform best practices (e.g., Meta's Creative Similarity Score).
- Curiosity about algorithm and platform updates, and how they shape creative work.
- Experience collaborating with content creators and influencers.
- A pet goldfish called Steve*.
*Steve is optional. But we'd still like to meet him.
