Primary Purpose:The Tapestry Partnerships Senior Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and implementation our Tapestry marketing strategies and Marketing road-map across our European Retail & Outlet Business for Wholesale, Marketplace and third-party partnerships. As a leading role within the Partnerships Marketing team, the ideal candidate will be an experienced and talented marketeer who will manage key partners, implementing end-to-end Marketing initiatives specifically designed & bespoke to Tapestry brands' driven across brand storytelling, community building and cultural affinity, full-funnel media, special projects and experiential. This person will play a crucial role in driving commercial and cultural insights, to ensure innovation and our brands move at the speed of culture with marketing know-how. This role will report directly to the Partnerships Senior Marketing Manager.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

  • Drive Tapestry strategies and vision across EU market
  • Deliver brand heat and cultural relevancy through mapping comprehensive full-funnel partner marketing plans and full year roadmaps
  • Implementation of tactics that will drive resonance and acquisition of our target audience and forge loyalty with our consumers
  • Strengthen partner commercial growth and generate revenue through strong alignment with commercial teams, trade and campaign analysis, and forecasting
  • Manage and maintain strong partnership and relationships with our key partners
  • Keep finger on pulse, driving innovative approaches with leading partners
  • Manage partner full-year budget processes
  • Analyse data to ensure consumer-centricity and campaign optimization
  • Maintain relationships with all cross-functional stakeholders locally and Globally

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • At least 2 years' experience in partnerships/or marketing role
  • Previous experience working in a global company/brand and/or agency
  • Strong project management and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience managing creative, partner relationships and budgets
  • Solutions based and problem-solving skills; proactive and take initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills and highly detail-orientated
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency
