The Role

You will be responsible for the successful organisation of the final stage assessment centres for our client and accountable for ensuring the candidates and assessors have all they require and have a great experience.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring the talent suite is set up for final stage assessments
  • Welcome and registration of candidates - essentially being the face of the client team and supporting a positive candidate experience
  • Ensuring applicants are navigated to the correct interview rooms with the correct assessors
  • Following up with no-show applicants and assessors
  • Supporting with ad-hoc queries received by assessors (e.g. - evaluation platform access challenges, questions about the recruiting process)
  • Solving challenges that may arise (e.g. - room booking mix-ups, triaging later requests)
  • Other tasks as directed by the client and agreed by AMS

Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

Must haves

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and working independently with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and engagingly through verbal or written communication and can interpret and utilize information effectively to influence others.
  • Strong organisational skills, workload, and time management with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Working knowledge on recruitment technology and platforms
  • Ability to think on your feet to troubleshoot issues
  • Adaptable and managing last-minute changes in schedules or client requirements

Nice to have

  • Experience working in-house, in agency or in RPO in a role, focussed on talent acquisition, candidate management and volume recruitment
