The Role
What if your skills mattered more than your job title?
As an Early Careers & Campus Coordinator you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process, from campus outreach to final offers. Leveraging your skills in relationship-building and process management, you'll collaborate with educational institutions, organise campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your efforts will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all Early Career candidates, aligning with each client's unique values and strategic goals.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
- Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding.
- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre-employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders.
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
- Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.
Skills & Requirements
You'll need to demonstrate:
- Degree or relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in MS Office and ATS/CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and reporting skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance, policies, and SLAs.
