Senior Contracts Manager - Residential Developer - Maidenhead

We are recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to join a well-established residential developer delivering high-end new build homes and apartments in Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing multiple live sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high-quality finish. You will manage Site Managers and project teams while maintaining strong commercial and operational control across developments.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple residential new build developments
• Managing Site Managers and site teams
• Programme and delivery oversight
• Commercial and budget control in conjunction with Commercial team
• Maintaining build quality to high-end standards
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all sites
• Reporting to senior leadership and board level

Requirements:

• Proven experience with a residential developer
• Strong track record delivering new build houses and apartments
• Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
