As a Senior Contracts Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing complex orders from inception to delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing a team of Sales Coordinators and Contract Engineers, delegating tasks and addressing escalations
• Collaborating with operational and engineering teams to provide timely order updates to customers
• Communicating and negotiating with external clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth deliveries
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of forecasted delivery dates across the team
• Thriving in high-pressure environments while prioritising customer satisfaction

This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Leader and requires exceptional leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Have experience of working in a customer service focussed environment
• Be able to Commercial awareness or have a background in Customer Service
• Understanding of engineering drawings
• Knowledge of material pricing

The successful candidate:

• Good attention to detail and has the ability to work under pressure
• Has good communication skills and is customer focused
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met to the full
