StructureFlow has just secured Series A funding. We are growing fast and are at an exciting stage of scaling up. We have great traction today, working with over 50 highly engaged international law firms including 3/5 of the UK Magic Circle and a sizable segment of the US AMLAW 200.

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will support StructureFlow and its Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by crafting engaging marketing content that caters to our audience's needs at various stages of their buying journey. This includes articles, white papers, web copy, social media posts, videos, bylines and PR, case studies, email copy, sales materials, and more.

You will collaborate with SLT members and the broader StructureFlow community to research and develop a multifaceted content strategy-from evergreen, branded content to thought leadership, customer advocacy, and product communication. The strategy aims to establish StructureFlow's key messaging and brand personality, enhance our share of voice, educate the audience on our unique selling points (USPs), and generate leads and opportunities.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and editor with a creative vision, strong project management skills, and a results-driven mindset. This role demands a passion for purposeful storytelling through stakeholder collaboration and proactive research and development.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with StructureFlow team members to develop key messages, tone of voice, brand personality, and cohesive customer-focused stories across various formats to drive awareness, leads, share of voice, and business growth.
  • Research topics, audience needs, attitudes, and engagement to generate content, new ideas, and evolve successful assets.
  • Expand and enhance our library of stories.
  • Transform ideas, collateral, and copy into branded content and digital assets, maximizing resource efficiency.
  • Develop content for full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Support regional Growth teams in lead generation and increasing business awareness and coverage.

Must Haves/Qualifications

  • Experience working for a B2B, SaaS business with 6+ years of content marketing experience, including executing self-started programs.
  • Strong work ethic with exceptional project management skills and the ability to track progress.
  • A writing portfolio demonstrating experience in creating compelling, story-driven copy.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop messaging, work cross-functionally, and operate independently.
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail; excellent copyediting, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to embrace experimentation to boost productivity and deliver creative results.
