At Commify, we recognise that our people are our biggest asset; and we are now looking for an experienced, collaborative and hands-on Senior Content Executive to join our marketing team. This crucial role involves driving the creation and delivery of compelling technical content across multiple channels and for diverse audiences. You'll be a key partner to our Product Marketing, Product Management, and wider Commercial Teams.
This is a pivotal opportunity to directly influence our journey to become the leading UCaaS/CPaaS provider for SMEs and Local enterprises.

You're Role Will Include:
- Content Strategy & Development
- Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives for CPaaS/UCaaS propositions
- Create original, authoritative content that translates complex technical concepts into accessible, commercially-focused narratives
- Collaborate with product management, product marketing, engineering, and commercial teams to identify content opportunities that support lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Multi-Channel Content Production
- Produce high-quality content across diverse formats including website, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, technical guides, webinar scripts, and video content
- Adapt and repurpose technical source material for different audience segments, channels, and stages of the customer journey
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all technical communications while maintaining technical accuracy.
- Developer Relations & Technical Community Engagement
- Create developer-focused content, including API documentation, integration guides, and technical tutorials
- Develop content that directly supports developer integration and adoption
- Engage with relevant communities through thought-leadership content, supporting Commify to demonstrate its expertise and its ability to solve customer problems.
- Channel Content Development
- Support the enhancement and growth of our Partner Reseller Programmes globally through effective content and messaging
- Create channel partner enablement materials that support indirect sales efforts.
- Content Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor content performance metrics across channels, analysing engagement and conversion data.
- Continuously optimise content based on audience feedback, performance insights, and market trends.
- Maintain content calendar and workflow processes to ensure consistent delivery and quality standards.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, media or relevant field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in content marketing or content development.
- Strong track record of creating content to deliver against ambitious commercial goals.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience of owning key projects (or key aspects of a major project).
- Passion for content creation, with demonstrable experience of self-generating compelling content that resonates - ideally in UCaaS/CPaaS, SaaS, or broader B2B technology space.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with, or desire to learn, search engine optimisation strategies - including understanding of how search algorithms impact content visibility.
- Understanding of various messaging channels related to CPaaS/UCaaS is highly desirable (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email); as is experience of creating content and tools for the Developer audience.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience of working with international stakeholders at all levels.
