In this role you will:

• People leadership: leadership of employed creative designers and video motion designer
• Concept and campaign development: Leading the ideation process to create innovative concepts to deliver against content, campaign and business objectives, or briefs from key stakeholders
• Creating marketing collateral: Designing materials such as flyers, banners, digital ads, brochures, product assets. Etc
• Digital design: Designing content for all digital platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, apps, etc
• Brand management: Managing brand guideline consistency across all channels, including colour schemes, logos, typography, tone of voice, design elements and more. To contribute towards brand strategy development.
• Product design: Designing new and updating product packaging that align with brand guidelines
• Collateral Production: Leading internal teams and external partners / agencies, in coordination with the Content Producer to manage the quality and timely delivery of marketing collateral (print and digital)
• Collaboration: Partnering and collaborating with colleagues and other functions, including copywriters, product team members, events team, recognition team and more, to develop concepts and improve the creative output for future projects
• Project management: Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, including timelines, internal designers, external agencies, budgets where required and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
• Quality assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on all design assets created internally and externally to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand compliance requirements are met

Our requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Creative media or related fields
• Certifications from Adobe or related fields
• Experienced Creative designer at a senior level, utilising video, photography, email, physical and digital assets
• People leadership experience
• Experience of a European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector
• Project management
• Experience of a business operating in multiple markets and nuances around culture, language, etc
• Experience working with Distributors, Franchisees or Self-employed business owners
• Fast paced and proactive
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative
