As a Senior Consultant in our Planning & Fulfilment team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale tech-driven planning and digital transformations for our clients. Your roles will include:

• Being a supply chain planning practitioner in our team responsible for day-to-day client delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution and contribute directly to project outcomes.
• Executing detailed analyses of client challenges, priorities, and objectives, leveraging the latest industry developments and our alliance partners' pre-configured solutions to inform innovative supply chain planning solutions
• Aiding sales activities and contributing to proactive cross-industry pipeline development, including supporting the creation of thought leadership, eminence material, and sales propositions.
• Assisting the development and maintenance of our internal Deloitte go-to-market solutions, enhancing capabilities with key alliance partnerships and keeping up to date with latest technological development and industry trends.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant who possesses a solid background in technology-enabled organisational transformation, eager to sit at the cross-section between supply chain and technology, contributing to innovative and technology driven supply chain network solutions. We are looking for an individual with strong supply chain acumen, experience in enabling cross-functional collaboration and can work cohesively in diverse teams to drive to optimised client transformations and advanced planning solutions.

Essential:

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain transformation projects or environments, with a focus on technology-enabled planning solutions.
• Experience of working with clients and internal stakeholders, where you will build, maintain and own relationships
• Ability to lead and collaborate within teams comprising of internal and client members
• The ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies to evaluate the emerging and changing business needs of our clients
• Enjoy working within diverse and hybrid-located teams
• Professional working proficiency in the English language

Preferred:

• Experience with specific supply chain planning or execution technologies (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions).
• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools relevant to supply chain operations.

Please note as our clients include those in the Government and Public Sector, preference will be for those who have SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance.
