As an SAP S/4 Hana Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) Senior Consultant, your role will involve:

• Deliver SAP enabled transformation programmes specialising in SAP PP/DS solutions for advanced planning processes.
• Contribute to and manage implementation plans that maximise the SAP technology's potential whilst minimising implementation risk.
• Designing and configuring end-to-end solutions and ensuring deliverables align with design principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Participate in client workshops covering a range of topics including process design, industry best practices and bring subject knowledge in SAP PP/DS solutions across supply chain.
• Lead/participate client workshops covering a range of topics including; process design and industry best practices production planning & detailed scheduling processes.
• Actively participate in practice development activities that support sales and internal capability development.
• Facilitate fit to standard and detailed design workshops within your functional area; gathering business requirements, converting them to meaningful Functional requirements and mapping out business processes.
• The role will involve travel to client location depending on the project requirements.

To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate the following:

Essentials

• In depth functional experience implementation SAP S/4 Hana Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), solutions which includes SAP PP, QM and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integrations.
• Block planning, Setup matrix, Campaign planning, MRP areas, External procurement relationship, Planning heuristic, Detailed scheduling heuristic, Optimizer and detailed scheduling planning board functionalities.
• Experience in Shop Floor control, MRP, Variant Configuration (VC) routing, POs/STOs set-up, Batch Management & Handling Unit Management and Quality Management or equivalent.
• Experience in leading discussions on designing key detailed scheduling process, including Work center/resources, Routing/Recipe, Planning with characteristics, and their integration with MES systems.
• Knowledge of system enhancements and excellent hands-on configuration skills.
• Experience in interface design (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of cross functional modules like SAP PP, FICO, EWM and MM, ideally with proven expertise in establishing system integration between SAP S/4HANA and shop floor systems.
• End-to-end knowledge of business processes.
• Completion of at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA PP/DS implementation.
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Experience with data migration and cutover planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) working with client stakeholders to development teams.

Desirables

• SAP Certified Associate in Advanced Planning or equivalent.
• Exposure to SAP Digital manufacturing cloud (DMC).
