As an SAP PLM Senior Consultant, your role will involve:

• Deliver SAP enabled transformation programmes specialising in SAP PLM and PLM - SAP integration solutions.

• Contribute to and manage implementation plans that maximise the SAP technology's potential whilst minimising implementation risk.

• Designing end-to-end solutions and ensuring deliverables align with design principles, standards, and methodologies

• Lead client workshops covering a range of topics including process design, industry best practices and bring SME knowledge in SAP Manufacturing across supply chain

• Build relationships with all Client stakeholders.

• Actively participate in practice development activities that support sales and internal capability development

• Facilitate high-level and detailed design workshops within your functional area; gathering business requirements, converting them to meaningful Functional requirements and mapping out business processes

To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate the following:

Essentials

  • Experience in implementation of SAP PLM solutions / 3 rd party PLM - SAP S/4 HANA functional and integration process using SAP PLMSI or SAP PDMI.
  • End-to-end knowledge of business processes
  • Completion of at least one full-cycle of SAP PLM implementation or 3 rd party PLM - SAP S/4 HANA integration.
  • Experience in interface design (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services).
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Production planning, advanced variant configuration and cross functional integrations like SAP S/4 HANA PS, MM, QM, SDx.
  • Experience leading discussions on designing key Production master data and QM Master Data, including Material Master, ECM/Change record/Change impact analysis, Bill of Materials, Work center/resources, Routing/Recipe, Master Inspection characteristics, Sampling Procedures, plans, and their integration with 3 rd party PLM.
  • Knowledge of system enhancements and excellent hands-on configuration skills.
  • Experience in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • Experience with data migration and cutover planning.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Desirables

• Certification in SAP Associate Production planning (On prem or cloud) and SAP Associate quality management.

• Familiarity with product compliance Management and EHS processes is an advantage.

Our hybrid working policy

You'll be based in either London, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh or Glasgow with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity.
