Skills & Experience:

  • Must have worked within Pharmaceutical or Medical Device companies, either directly or as a Consultant
  • Demonstrable experience of applying knowledge of business processes, tools, and ways of working in one or more of the following Commercial areas of Life Sciences:
  • Digital Marketing
    • Exposure to Digital Marketing set up
    • Channel Strategy
    • Campaign Management
    • Performance metrics - KPI/ROI
  • Commercial Business Analytics
    • KPI identification & definition
    • Good understanding of Customer Data Management, Master Data Management and empirical ways of implementing them
  • Sales Operations - experience and well versed with one or more of the following concepts:
    • Account Management
    • Product Management
    • Segmentation & Targeting
    • Call Planning
  • Added advantage: Experience in global CRM implementation projects & understanding of Life Sciences Commercial IT landscape
  • Exposure/Experience in any of the below platforms and tools will be added advantage:
    • Digital Marketing - Sales Force Marketing Cloud
    • CRM platforms : Veeva CRM, SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Zoho CRM
    • BI tools: Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau
  • Demonstrates scientific and/or business expertise specific to Life Sciences in the above areas (for those projects) to a level that earns confidence of stakeholders that are managing those functions
  • Experienced in Business Analysis methodologies and contributing to both process improvements and delivering systems that users adopt, trust, and scale up to meet new needs
  • Added advantage: Success in working with Product Managers/owners, UX, copy writers and engineering teams to create next generation digital customer experiences. Additional experience in product launch, customer testing and rapid innovation sprints welcome

Contribution to Development of Practice:

  • Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development
  • Develop focused Thought Leadership assets including industry 'points of view' or 'white papers', podcasts, blogs, video interviews etc.
