We're looking for a Senior Consultant (Manager) to join our Technology Consulting team, with a strong focus on SmartRecruiters implementation and transformation projects.

The Role
In this role, you'll lead talent technology projects for enterprise organisations, helping them design, implement, and optimise recruitment technology that supports modern hiring strategies. You'll oversee project delivery end-to-end while guiding Consultants and Specialists within the project team.
While SmartRecruiters will be your primary focus, you'll also work across the wider talent technology ecosystem, including platforms such as Workday, Avature, Phenom, and SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll do be doing:
- Lead SmartRecruiters implementation and optimisation projects for enterprise organisations
- Own project delivery from discovery and design through to testing and go-live
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Advise clients on recruitment process design and technology capabilities
- Oversee integrations, data migration approaches, and testing strategies
- Mentor Consultants and Analysts within project teams
- Contribute to the development of internal best practices and delivery frameworks
Skills & Requirements
You'll need to demonstrate:
Must haves
- Strong experience delivering SmartRecruiters implementations or similar ATS platforms
- Experience leading technology implementation projects or workstreams
- Background in HR technology, recruitment technology, or technology consulting
- Experience working with enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, and delivery management skills
Nice to have
- Professional fluency in French or German
