The Moorhouse Digital Architecture & Enablement capability sit within our Digital & Data service line. We help our clients to achieve digital transformation as a strategic advisor and delivery partner. We provide a range of services to help clients respond to disruptive technology trends, implement innovative digital products, define technology operating models to enable organisations to maximise the value from technology & provide advisory services on transitioning and empowering our clients to utilise the full benefits of cloud platforms.

What do we do?

  • Our Digital Transformation capability assist our clients across the following proposition areas:
  • Digital Advisory: Offer impartial and experienced guidance to help our clients embrace new digital technologies that enhance their business operations. Help our clients cut through the noise in the market and set up new operating models that position them to succeed
  • Digital Architecture & Enablement: Provide our clients with the support required for full lifecycle of designing, building and deploying their new technology solutions. Advising our clients on cloud migrations, technology optimisation, application rationalisation, establishing cost optimisation, FinOps and more
  • Digital Product & Delivery: Advise and implement digital products, delivering large-scale enterprise technologies, ensuring technology solutions are embedded into client's ways of working. Offer assessments of their current digital capabilities, considering tech stack and tooling, development processes and team structures

  • Prioritise and Focus: How do I prioritise initiatives through disruption and digital noise? How do I transform or modernise my technology?
  • Cloud Journey: How do I go about cloud migration and which cloud services do I chose?
  • Technology Optimisation: How can I consolidate and optimise technology infrastructure, eliminating redundancies and outdated systems?
  • Digital Workplace: How do I drive increased business value from technology? How can I utilise RPA, IoT and AI solutions in my technology operations to improve my organisations outcomes?

Experience

As a Senior Consultant you will have:

  • 3 - 5 years' consulting experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering technology enabled transformational change in industry
  • Experience in one or more of the following capabilities:
  • Design: Expertise in solutions design across software applications, technology or infrastructure and system integration processes. Broad knowledge of various operating systems and databases
  • Cloud Transformation and Modernisation: Advisory and implementation experience of cloud solutions (inc. technologies from Cloud providers, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, BRM)
  • Technology Optimisation: Experience in consolidating, modernising, and refining technology infrastructures. A good understanding of strategies for identifying and eliminating system redundancies. Prior exposure to complex IT environments will be advantageous
  • Domain Expertise: Proficiency in key architecture design principles, including but not limited to, sustainability, ethics or security
  • Familiarity with design methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL) and delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
  • Cloud accreditation (AWS, GCP or Azure)
  • Experience in scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services
  • An ability to shape and implement business change and transformational programmes
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues; and
  • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.

  • A total cash package in excess of £80,000 comprising of a base salary of £64,575 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
