The Moorhouse Data team sit within our Digital & Data service line. We help our clients to achieve digital transformation as a strategic advisor and delivery partner. We provide a range of services to help clients respond to disruptive technology trends, implement innovative digital products, define technology operating models to enable organisations to maximise the value from technology & provide advisory services on transitioning and empowering our clients to utilise the full benefits of cloud platforms.

What do we do?

Our Data team assists our clients across the following proposition areas:

  • Data Driven organisation : Assisting clients in becoming data-driven means helping them leverage data and analytics to inform their decision-making processes and overall business strategies.
  • Business Insights and Modelling: Helping clients gain valuable business insights,designing and implementing cutting-edge business intelligence solutions, such as interactive dashboards and reports
  • Data Science Solution Services: Help clients deliver innovative data science solutions and services by utilising advanced machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive modeling techniques

What are some of the client data challenges you will be helping with?

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: How do I set the technology direction and embed the right mindset in my organisation?
  • Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics: How do I build and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and ensure the accuracy, validity, and lack of bias of the models?
  • Data Strategy and Governance: How do I approach developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy for the organisation?

As a Senior Consultant you will have:

  • 3 - 5 years' experience, whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering data advisory services within industry;
  • Experience in one or some of the areas of the below:
  • Data Strategy: Demonstrated experience in providing data strategy advisory services, including defining the vision, developing roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives
  • Data Services Delivery: You have a track record of delivering data services to clients. This might involve designing and implementing data solutions, creating data pipelines, setting up data governance frameworks, and ensuring data quality and security.
  • Data-driven Insights: Your expertise includes using data-driven insights to inform and support strategic decision-making within organisations. This can involve advising clients on how to leverage data to gain a competitive advantage and make informed business choices.
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues; and
  • Experience of effectively collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering work across various sectors including Financial Services, Energy and Utilities, Life Sciences, Government and Transport Health, and Technology Media and Communications.

What we can offer you at Moorhouse:

  • A total cash package in excess of £80,000 comprising of a base salary of £64,575 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
  • 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year
