THE JOB ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our go-to-market strategies and executing successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility in the tech and/or Pharma space.
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing, this a hybrid role where the successful candidate will be required to visit our office in Leatherhead (Surrey) twice a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies:Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive go-to-market plans for all Datapharm products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Product Marketing Management:Oversee all marketing aspects of product launches, from initial planning and market research to execution and post-launch analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product development, sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Campaign Management:Design, manage, track and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns that support new product launches, both engaging existing customers and driving new revenues.
- Performance Tracking:Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and achieve KPIs.
ABOUT YOU
The following expertise and experience are required:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on go-to-market strategies and product launches (tech/pharma experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Advanced Hubspot user - for both delivering campaigns and demonstrating ROI.
- Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skill.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Ability to make technical information engaging.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
- Experience with data acquisition data management and knowledge of GDPR.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail who is ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing company.
- Highly organised and structured planner with the ability to deliver projects on time.
- Understanding of Pharma and tech markets.
