Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our digital payment solutions. In this critical role, you will work closely with senior management to identify new business opportunities, refine market strategies, and support the overall expansion of our business. Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with management to determine the range of digital payment solutions to be offered and contribute to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets.
- Discuss client requirements, conduct surveys, and analyse customer feedback to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Compile and analyse sales figures, prepare proposals for marketing campaigns, and conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
- Produce reports and strategic recommendations for senior management concerning marketing and sales strategies based on market trends and customer insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital payment technologies, industry trends, and competitor products to effectively communicate the value of the company's solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, to align business objectives and support cross-functional initiatives.
