HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

North Highland are working with one of our key customers in the Life Sciences space. You will primarily work as a C onsultant in the wider L&D team and will lead on:

• Developing a skills assessment approach (based on best practice and client context leveraging a technical skills framework.
• Working with the D&A team to deliver a skills based assessment.
• Analysing skills assessment outputs to provide insight on skills gaps and any development opportunities.
• Developing capability intervention recommendations based on findings.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• Proven experience as a Consultant within an L&D environment.
• Solid understanding of Job Families / Job Architecture
• Experience developing a skills assessment approach.
• Data analysis skills.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity.
• Strong Stakeholder management skills.

DESIRABLE

• Consulting experience
• knowledge of Power BI, Qualtrix, Workday etc.
• Digital / Technology experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Start Date: Feb 2025
• Duration: Initial6 months Inside IR35 contract
• Hybrid Working pattern: 2 days on - site in London
