As a Business Analyst, you'll work alongside a team of Wealth specialists and would be responsible for delivering some of our most challenging projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and deliver value to our clients.

As a Senior Consultant, you will have responsibility to:

• Support your wealth platform transformation project team to successfully deliver engagements and deliverables
• Co-ordinate relationships with multiple vendor partners, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and alignment of goals and objectives
• Provide clear visibility of progress made to clients through MI/reporting
• Conduct business analysis and requirement gathering to identify business needs and opportunities
• Assess and document processes to help design the target state and shape how it can be achieved using modern platform solutions
• Support in translating business requirements into functional design for enabling technology solutions
• Work closely with key internal and client stakeholders and effectively demonstrate core project and people management skills
• both waterfall and various agile methodologies
• Support clients throughout various activities including project planning, requirements gathering & process definition
• Work within diverse teams to help deliver measurable business outcomes to quality and timescales
• Build effective relationships with peer-level stakeholders across all business workstreams including Operations, Risk, and IT
• Support business development work such as pre-sales, bid preparation and client presentations
• division including supporting the firm's commitment to creating a more diverse and inclusive culture
• Work within diverse teams to help deliver measurable business outcomes to quality and timescales

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Proven wealth platform transformation experience gained within a top-tier wealth management or consulting firm
• Strong understanding of vendor management best practices and the ability to navigate complex vendor landscapes.
• A track record of high performance and success in complex and high impact programme roles
• Experience in wealth transformation project lifecycles in defining end to end solution designs for wealth platforms and downstream applications, and designing and delivering innovative solutions, the integration of FinTech/emerging technology solutions with wealth platforms
• Experience of wealth products, process redesign and technology change in areas such as: Wealth Platform migration and/or transformation
• Industry knowledge in one of the following: Life & Pensions or Wealth Management
• E.g JIRA/Confluence/Microsoft Visio.
• Appreciation of emerging technology and trends in wealth management
• Exceptional communication and client management skills

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
