Salary: Circa £55,000 commensurate with skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Consultant you will be leading customer-facing teams, providing a range of analytics tools, techniques and strategies to make a positive impact to our customer’s problem space. With your skills deployed in these areas, we are looking for people who will:

  • Lead the delivery of projects to customers in either Government and/or the private sector to cost, schedule and high quality
  • Engage and build relationships with our senior stakeholders and customers across BAE Systems and MOD
  • Apply consultancy skills and toolsets to understand their strategic and operational objectives, identify their data and analysis requirements, and develop sustainable solutions to support their decision-making
  • Support more junior members of the CORDA team through coaching and mentoring
  • Have a strong track record of applying analysis techniques to a range of complex problems with a high attention for detail
  • Be an excellent communicator; with an ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience

Your skills and experiences:

Experience in one or more of our core capabilities, which cover:

  • Operational Analysis, particularly capability analysis and evaluation within the military domain
  • Simulation and Modelling, including requirement capture, model design, implementation and validation & verification
  • Data Insights – all aspects of data analytics, including data science and data visualisation using toolsets such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python and R
  • Strategic insights – using analysis to underpin future strategies, road maps and business cases
  • Defence sector, Air Capability, CEMA, C2, or Underwater Battlespace experience is highly advantageous, as is a relevant degree (or experience to offset)
