HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
Working on a major transformation programme you will be supporting the adoption of an End-to-End (E2E) Product and a Platform Service Framework. You will primarily work with a wider NH team as well as Service Owners and their teams. You will primarily embed agile, product, and service-centric practices, whilst driving continuous improvement. There is currently an established framework in place to help you succeed, whether you're new to E2E or experienced in this space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops to drive adoption of the E2E Framework, identifying improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with Service Owners to create improvement plans, develop activity backlogs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching to embed agile practices and align teams with the E2E Framework.
  • Keep Service Owners and their teams accountable for their commitments, ensuring progress against plans.
  • Refine processes, artefacts, and tools to support E2E adoption and team maturity.
  • Enable teams to adopt best practices, improve cross-team collaboration, and align with organisational standards.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven track record as a Senior Consultant or an Agile Coach preferably working in the Consulting space.
  • Experience working with an Agile Framework.
  • Experience working with Operating Models.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement / management.
  • Ability to Influence decision making.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Problem-solver and comfortable working through ambiguity.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Consulting experience
  • Experience working in the Public Sector

* Contract would be inside IR35 - Hybrid working - 2 days in the London office **
