Job Description

We're recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager to join us on an 11 month FTC to join us. We're offering a competitive base salary, 12% car allowance and strong benefit package

What you'll be doing:

• Providing high-quality and commercially focused compliance advisory support to our asset management business
• Working closely with teams and advising, supporting, and training them on their regulatory responsibilities
• Analysing developing regulations to educate the business on the implications and devising plans to implement any changes quickly and effectively
• Building strong working relationships with various teams and stakeholders to deliver excellent risk-based conduct risk and compliance value add
• Playing a key role in enhancing the team's profile internally by acting as a spokesperson and supporting the wider business with the continuous development and improvement of its compliance and conduct risk awareness
• Producing and reviewing relevant and accurate conduct risk metrics and MI

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• Strong understanding of UK and EU regulation and of compliance and conduct risk within an investment management environment
• Detailed understanding of the end-to-end investment process and previous exposure to investment management across asset classes
• Direct exposure to investment management across asset classes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders
• Experienced in delivering high-quality compliance and conduct risk advice
