Person specification

Education

Essential criteria

• RSCN or RN Child Degree Level
• Evidence of successful completion of relevant, specialist courses equivalent to Master's degree
• Practice Assessor qualification

Desirable criteria

• Nurse prescriber qualification

Experience

Essential criteria

• Extensive post registration experience of working autonomously gained through previous working with children and families in the community environment
• Meets experience criteria as per personal specification

Desirable criteria

• Demonstrate service development experience

Skills & Knowledge

Essential criteria

• Excellent communication Skills
• Leadership skills

Desirable criteria

• Experience working with children with complex needs/community
