Responsibilities
- Be a strong partner and trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer, to build and execute their personal leadership communication plan.
- Deliver key activities in the Leadership Communication calendar, including our Top 130 activity and events and any global leadership engagement activity.
- Partner with Corporate Affairs to ensure strong engagement and activation of our People Manager community.
- Plays a pivotal role in the CPO Communication team, and wider Nokia Communication community, to role model and drive a culture of high performance, creativity and collaboration.
- Ensures the overall people strategic narrative connects with our people in the best possible way so that we have advocates amongst our global audience of Nokians.
- Demonstrate the ability to challenge and influence at all levels of the business in a positive and respectful way - living our company values.
- Measurement - establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts. Provide regular reporting/ insights to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and proposing areas for improvement.
- Be a creative communicator who isn't afraid to suggest new ideas and be innovative.
Qualifications
- A Senior Communication Business Partner with around 10 years experience in communication - with a strong background in large, fast-paced, global organizations.
- Commercial acumen, to make our communications compelling and grounded in strategic purpose.
- Uses measurement and insights to develop and iterate communication activity.
- Proven experience of delivering highly impactful employee engagement communication.
- Proven experience of dealing with trade media and media agencies.
- Strong vendor and budget management.
- Experience of working with Microsoft 365 - particularly powerpoint, Viva Engage and Sharepoint.
- On the pulse of industry best practise, with the ability to translate this into practical plans for both our internal & external audiences.
- The ability, and pragmatism, to move at pace in a complex communication environment and know where to focus our efforts and resources for maximum impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
