Your Mission
We are looking for a Senior Communications Manager, Internal Comms to join our fast-growing Internal Communications team. Reporting to our Global Head of Communications, you will be supporting the team on help Nuvei get to the next level by supporting its extensive recruitment effort as well as keeping its current team members informed, empowered and motivated.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design processes and guidelines to drive employee social media engagement i.e. relay major news on social media
- Ensures all employees are aware of internal organizational tools and initiatives. Drives communications strategy to ensure Employees can easily and intuitively access key systems, tools (HR, Finance...) and resources relevant to their jobs
- In partnership, design and implement an onboarding process which provides new joiners with a positive employee experience, helps them feel welcomed and supported
- Manage town halls with our CEO and key executives
- Communicate employee benefit plans and perquisites and ensure employee information is easily accessible
- Ultimately, ensure that all "Nuveians" become active advocates of Nuvei as a company and as a great place to work
- Work closely with the Chief People Officer and the HR team to communicate our company values in all relevant internal and external channels
- Developing internal and external communication plans to support business initiatives and manage appropriate delivery of internal and external communications
- Developing content, campaigns and coordinate internal and external events
- Collaborating effectively with agencies, service providers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Copywriting media engagement collateral including press releases, ghost written thought leadership media articles, and corporate announcements
- Briefing spokespeople for live content engagements (webinars, presentations, panel appearances, interviews) with up-to-date Nuvei brand messaging and industry research
- Direct outreach to journalists to secure organic media coverage of our press announcements and byline articles and interview opportunities
- Supporting the investor relations team with additional resources to reach our investors and industry analysts
- 6+ years communications and/or employer brand experience
- Experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition will be advantageous
- Experience in mid-size fast growing organization with international exposure
- B2B experience in fintech, technology, ecommerce, payment preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred locations are Montreal, Atlanta and London but remote working can also be accommodated
- Experience building and utilizing social media strategies
- Demonstrated Project management and stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Potential growth areas/Day 1 responsibilities:
There is an option to interview for this position as a hybrid internal/external communications role. External communications responsibilities include:
