Overview

Change Grow Live believe that those who use our services should be at the heart of everything that we do. As a Lived Experience Volunteer, you will play a pivotal role in representing the voice of those who use our services.

Responsibilities

This is a really exciting role where you will be working in collaboration with a variety of different staff and teams across the organisation including directors, trustees, and service managers.

You will have the opportunity to shape and influence what we do as an organisation and make a real and positive difference. This will include being involved in new and exciting projects and initiatives, playing an important role in making sure the needs of those who use our services are met. You will achieve this by gathering information from data, meetings and feedback and sharing the results within the organisation.

You will be a positive role model and support for other service user involvement volunteers keeping them informed and included.

This is a rewarding and fulfilling role for someone who is passionate about service user involvement and being part of a regional team. You will be provided with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role.
